Job summary

Pilot Company in Georgetown, KY is hiring for a Facility Services team member. The role focuses on maintaining the store's cleanliness, cleaning showers and restrooms, and supporting daily operations to create a welcoming guest experience.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, able to lift 50 pounds, and flexible to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience is preferred, and opportunities for growth exist within our travel centers and restaurants.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds and standing most of the day.
• Willing to work varied shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and basic repairs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair and maintenance of the store.
• Collect and dispose of trash around the travel center.
• Deliver excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
