Position Snapshot: The maintenance role is essential for maintaining cleanliness and creating a positive first impression for our guests. Responsibilities include cleaning, repairing, and maintaining both the interior and exterior of our facility.

Nitty Gritty Details:

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment.
• Keep your supervisor informed of any issues and take corrective actions as needed.
• Operate equipment safely and correctly.
• Use chemicals properly, adhering to safety and cost protocols.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Manage supplies efficiently, avoiding overstocking or waste.
• Clean and maintain kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls, and drains.
• Maintain cleanliness of storage areas, including stocking and organization.
• Clean windows, lamps, mirrors, and light fixtures.
• Care for wood floors, walls, tiles, and carpets.
• Sanitize restrooms and restock supplies.
• Dust fixtures and woodwork.
• Polish brass hardware and fixtures.
• Maintain ceiling fans, air vents, and HVAC systems.
• Clean mats and trash cans regularly.
• Maintain the back dock area.
• Assist team members as needed to support business operations.
• Foster positive relationships with colleagues for a harmonious work environment.
• Be friendly, approachable, and able to smile consistently, working days, nights, and weekends as required.
• Previous maintenance experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Be disciplined, self-motivated, and professional in appearance.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements: Physical and other demands:

Must work in noisy, fast-paced environments, lift up to 30 pounds, stand or walk for long periods, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and cleaning.
