Position Snapshot: The maintenance role is crucial for maintaining cleanliness and creating a positive first impression for guests. Responsibilities include cleaning, repairing, and maintaining both the interior and exterior of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an excellent guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment.
• Keep your supervisor informed of any issues and take corrective actions as needed.
• Operate equipment safely and correctly.
• Use chemicals properly, adhering to safety and cost guidelines.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Manage supplies efficiently, avoiding overstocking or waste.
• Clean and maintain kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls, and drains.
• Maintain cleanliness in storage areas, restrooms, and fixtures.
• Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, polishing, and maintaining HVAC vents.
• Assist team members and support business needs.
• Promote a positive working environment and maintain professional appearance.

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• Good communication skills with guests and team members.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and friendly.
• Able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Stand and walk for long periods.
• Perform physical tasks like reaching, bending, and wiping.
