Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a facilities or janitorial setting.
• Strong communication and coordination with clients and management.
• Ability to schedule and assign daily tasks.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management.
• Report performance issues to the Supervisor.
• Assist with the training of cleaning team.
• Coordinate work assignments.
• Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules.
• Oversee cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Manage security of keys and access cards for the property.
• Report work orders for maintenance.
• Ensure premises are secured at all times.
• Schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete work.
• Oversee quality of completed work with Manager.
• Provide training to new hires.
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
• Complete order forms completely and accurately.
• Coordinate equipment usage and inventories.
