Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable, experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. You will coordinate daily operations by delegating assignments and guiding the team.

A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present, upholding standards to keep buildings clean and safe for workers and customers. The role involves operating cleaning equipment, handling chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior lead or supervisor experience in facilities or janitorial services.
• Ability to delegate tasks and provide guidance to staff.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and chemical handling.
