Job summary

Allegiance Industries, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Custodial Supervisor for the night shift to lead an assigned building, ensure the facility is kept clean, and meet client expectations at all times.

You will develop daily plans to optimize productivity, safety, and quality of service. With on‑the‑job training, you will supervise staff, coordinate custodial activities, enforce workflows, and communicate with the client to uphold our standards and company culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in related field.
• Experience managing custodial operations
• Proven experience motivating and training staff
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned building/area

Shift: Monday - Friday (5:00 PM - 1:30 AM)
