Job summary

Vonachen Group is seeking a Lead to supervise daily cleaning operations across assigned areas, mentoring staff and ensuring quality with infection-control guidelines.

This full-time 2nd shift runs from 4 PM to 12 AM, Monday through Saturday, with $20 per hour and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), and PTO.

Daily Pay option available and opportunity for advancement in a family-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Some experience with performing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Detail cleaning of corners, edges, door jambs and hard-to-reach surfaces.
• Interact positively with employees and mentor performance.
• Redirect and document employee performance as appropriate.
• Coordinate cleaning of restricted access areas to meet customer timelines.
• Train employees in specialized areas and document training.

Job Skills / Requirements

The Lead is responsible for assuring assigned area is maintained and daily workload is completed by coordinating, assisting with, and monitoring the work of assigned staff, mentoring employees, and overseeing quality assurance activities. This person ensures work is completed in accordance with department and facility policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines.

Job responsibilities:

• Detail cleaning e.g., corners and edges, door jambs and hard to reach surfaces
• Positively interacts with each employee in assigned area on a regular basis
• Encourages, redirects, corrects, and documents employee performance as appropriate
• Aids co-workers as appropriate to meet customer demands and appropriate timelines; coordinates cleaning of restricted access areas to perform necessary cleaning
• Trains employees into specialized areas and periodic assignments and documents training
