Job summary

Responsibilities include training and mentoring employees, managing equipment and supplies, tracking attendance and inspections, addressing client concerns promptly, and reporting maintenance or safety issues to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous professional cleaning experience required.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
