Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Groundskeeper in Oxnard, CA to maintain outdoor spaces and support the property's curb appeal on a part-time, hourly basis. You'll manage lawns, paths, and planting, keep equipment in good repair, and document landscape treatments while upholding Hilton's hospitality standards and teamwork culture.

• Maintain outdoor areas: Ensure the hotel's grounds - including lawns, driveways, pathways, patios, and verandas - are well-kept and inviting
• Care for plants and landscaping: Mow lawns, remove sod and weeds, and plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and grass to enhance the property's appearance
• Apply landscape treatments: Apply and document use of fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as needed
• Keep equipment running smoothly: Perform maintenance and repairs on irrigation systems, lawnmowers, trimmers, and other landscaping tools
