Job summary

Hilton in Chicago is seeking a Housekeeping Dispatcher to coordinate service requests, dispatch staff, and support front office operations to keep rooms ready and guests satisfied.

You will log and track requests in the work order or property management system, maintain records, and help with payroll and inventory while upholding Hilton's service standards.

As a Housekeeping Dispatcher, you're not just providing dispatch services and office support to the Housekeeping Department - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Coordinate service requests: Respond promptly to incoming requests from guests and team members and efficiently dispatch appropriate service

• Maintain service records: Log, track, and close service requests in the work order and/or property management system

• Communicate room availability: Partner with Housekeeping and Property Operations teams to ensure the Front Office is notified of all vacant/ready rooms

• Support office operations: Handle general office duties such as processing paperwork, scheduling staff, managing payroll, conducting inventory, maintaining equipment, and tracking guest feedback
