Job summary

Hilton Orlando is seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations within the hotel’s culinary team, providing hands-on coaching and guest‑centric service across Outlets and Banquets.

You will oversee production, create seasonal menus, coordinate with Front of House, manage inventories, and ensure health and safety standards are met in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

• Provide administrative support: Assist with inventory management, ordering, and scheduling

• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
