Job summary

IFS is hiring a Janitorial Crew Member in Roseville, MN. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule with two shifts per week, four hours per day, including weekends, at the Roseville JCPenney, with pay at $17.50 per hour.

You will perform cleaning tasks across floors, restrooms, and equipment, maintain supplies, and follow safety guidelines. Benefits include health, life insurance and a 401(k) plan depending on union/CBA terms.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and warehouse cleaning work.
• Ability to understand and follow written instructions in English.
• Good communication with staff and officials.
• Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain floor surfaces (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming).
• Clean furniture, walls, glass, mirrors, fixtures, and equipment.
• Gather and empty trash; service restrooms.
• Move furniture or use hand truck as needed.
• Prepare cleaning solutions as specified; monitor safety.
