Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret basic safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to follow OSHA safety guidelines and forklift instructions.
• Customer-focused, friendly demeanor with ability to motivate the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew tasks and ensure completion at the site.
• Interact with client to provide professional service.
• Provide direction and task coordination for the crew.
