Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment preferred.
• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and related documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform site Crew tasks and ensure completion at site.
• Interact with client to provide professional customer service.
• Provide direction and coordination for assigned Crew.
• Ensure Crew members understand responsibilities and safety policies.
• Assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with new hires and training.
• Support team with information and tools for success.
