Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has an immediate full-time opportunity for a Janitorial Crew Lead in Rialto, CA. The Crew Lead will supervise the crew, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure high-quality cleaning services for the client.

This role involves directing assignments, training new hires, and maintaining safe, efficient operations. Starting pay is $18.34 per hour with benefits and growth opportunities in a fast-paced facility environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment strongly preferred.
• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and safety data sheets (in English; Spanish where state required).
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented, friendly, and positive demeanor with the ability to motivate team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew tasks and ensure they are fully executed at the site.
• Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt service.
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned crew.
• Assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with interviews and training.
• Motivate the crew and lead by example.
