Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Crew Lead in Riverside, CA. You will supervise the crew, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure client satisfaction with proactive service and safety adherence.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a lead role, janitorial operations experience, and the ability to read safety docs. KBS offers growth opportunities, benefits for part-time under 30 hours, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment.
• 1–3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating documents, and chemical safety sheets (English; Spanish where required).
• Follow OSHA requirements and safety guidelines.

Responsabilités

• The Crew Lead performs site Crew tasks and ensures tasks are fully executed at site.
• Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt customer service as needed.
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew.
• Ensure Crew members understand their responsibilities under each policy.
• Lead coordination with Crew for daily operations and resolve deficiencies promptly.
• Assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with new hires and training.
• Ensure team members have information and tools to do their jobs effectively; support team success.
• May assist with interviews and training.
• Motivate the crew; lead by example and provide regular support.
