The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in a lead role, experience in janitorial/DC settings, and works well under fast-paced conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and DC environments.
• 1–3 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Ability to read safety and operating instructions in English (Spanish where state required).
• Ability to follow OSHA safety guidelines and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented with a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise site Crew tasks to ensure completion.
• Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt customer service.
• Direct and coordinate assigned Crew activities.
• Ensure Crew understands safety and policy requirements.
• Assist with interviews and training of new hires.
• Motivate crew and lead by example.
• Provide information and tools for team success.
