Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Janitorial Crew Lead to supervise daily site operations and ensure tasks are completed on schedule at client facilities in Franklin, TN. You will coordinate crew assignments, provide on-the-job training, and deliver professional customer service while upholding safety standards.

The role requires 1–3 years in a lead/supervisory janitorial role and familiarity with safety rules and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory janitorial role
• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environments preferred
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures (English, may include Spanish where state requires)
• Follow OSHA requirements and safety guidelines

Responsibilities

• Supervise site Crew tasks and ensure completion
• Interact with client to provide professional customer service
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew
• Ensure crew understand policies and safety procedures
• Assist Supervisor/Zone Manager with new hires and training
• Motivate crew and lead by example
• Support interviews and ongoing training as needed
• Provide resources and clarity to ensure crew success
