The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in a lead/supervisory role, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with janitorial operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment.
• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals/datasheets.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented, friendly, and positive demeanor with the ability to motivate team.

Responsibilities

• Perform site Crew tasks and ensure tasks are fully executed.
• Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt customer service.
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew.
• Ensure crew understands responsibilities under each policy.
• Support supervision with interviews and training.
