Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ direct experience in janitorial operations or distribution center environments.
• Experience as team lead preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed oral or written instructions.
• Strong communication with officials, staff and the public in a courteous manner.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform site crew tasks and ensure crew tasks are executed.
• Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt customer service as needed.
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned crew.
• Ensure crew understand responsibilities under each policy.
• Maintain and observe daily schedules to ensure shift coverage; coordinate with supervisor.
• Document and report safety/security, building maintenance, damaged equipment, or other issues.
• Support process to request uniforms, badges, supplies, and other items.
• Respond to emergencies in the evenings and weekends.
• Assist Supervisor(s) with new hires and training.
• Motivate crew; lead by example and provide support to team members.
