Frantz Building Services Inc in Owensboro, KY is hiring janitorial staff to maintain offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas. The role requires reliable transportation, ability to work independently or with a team, and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.

Shifts are Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM; pay is weekly on Fridays. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) after 1 year, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must pass pre-employment screening

Responsabilités

• Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.

PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly - Every Friday

What the job looks like:

• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must pass pre-employment screening requirements

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift up to 25 pounds
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Push, pull, bend, reach, and climb stairs regularly
• Perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
