Job summary

Frantz Building Services in Indiana is seeking reliable team members for janitorial duties across offices and common areas. You will maintain cleanliness in lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and high-traffic spaces, with a focus on timeliness and quality.

A consistent schedule and a respectful, service-oriented approach are essential. We offer paid training, company shirts, a referral bonus, and comprehensive benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Must have reliable transportation to job sites.
• Ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to standard.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
