Job summary

Frantz Building Services in Bloomington, IN is seeking a reliable Janitorial Cleaner to maintain offices, lobbies, and restrooms on a full-time, Monday through Saturday schedule from 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

You will handle trash, dust, vacuuming, glass cleaning, and other daily tasks, with training provided and a focus on eye for detail and dependable service; benefits begin after 60 days, with 401K options after one year.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
