Job summary

Road Runr Maintenance, Inc is seeking motivated team members to perform general cleaning for our customers. You will help maintain a clean, secure and safe work environment with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Hours include Wednesdays and Thursdays 6:00 AM–7:00 PM, with additional shifts available as needed. Compensation starts at $13.73 per hour, and prior janitorial experience is preferred but training is available for the right candidate.

• Previous experience in janitorial or related field preferred but willing to train the right individual
• Ability to carry out detailed oral or written instructions
• Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers and customers
• Disposition to perform other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Emptying trash containers, taking trash outside to dumpster areas
• Dusting, spot cleaning, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning windows, polishing surfaces
• Cleaning and stocking restrooms; cleaning toilets, sinks, floors, plunging toilets, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

HOURS

• Wednesdays and Thursdays 600AM - 700PM
• Other days and shifts available on an as needed basis

COMPENSATION

• $13.73/Hour

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Emptying trash containers, taking trash outside to dumpster areas
• Dusting, spot cleaning, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning windows, polishing surfaces

EXPERIENCE

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to stand/walk for entire length of your shift
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing from 15 to 25 pounds
• Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head
• Occasionally push and pull wheeled carts loaded with products up to 50 pounds
