Job summary

Road Runr Maintenance, Inc is seeking motivated, high-energy team members to perform general cleaning for our customers. You will help maintain a clean, secure and safe work environment and provide consistent, high-quality service on assigned shifts.

Typical schedule includes Wednesday 6:00 AM–6:00 PM with other days available as needed. Compensation is $13.73 per hour, and prior janitorial experience is preferred though training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in janitorial or related field preferred but willing to train the right individual.
• Ability to carry out detailed oral or written instructions
• Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers and customers
• Disposition to perform other duties as assigned

• Emptying trash containers, taking trash outside to dumpster areas
• Dusting, spot cleaning, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning windows, polishing surfaces
• Cleaning and stocking restrooms; cleaning toilets, sinks, floors, plunging toilets, etc.,

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to stand/walk for entire length of your shift
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing from 15 to 25 pounds
• Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head
• Occasionally push and pull wheeled carts loaded with products up to 50 pounds
