Chelsea Piers Lp in New York, NY is seeking a reliable Housekeeping Associate to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in our facilities office. You will perform general cleaning, restock supplies, and help keep restrooms and common areas tidy as part of a dedicated team.

The ideal candidate has prior housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during evening hours.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently during evening hours.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Clean and maintain restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, and common areas
• Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and restroom products
• Clean interior glass, windows, and other surfaces as needed
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Facilities Manager
• Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
