In this position, you’ll support and coach individuals with disabilities while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. What You’ll Do

• Provide hands‑on training and coaching to Associates to support skill development and independence
• Direct daily custodial tasks including cleaning restrooms, removing trash, and maintaining work areas
• Sweep, mop, buff floors, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces
• Help maintain clean grounds and sidewalks
• Conduct quality checks and track progress throughout the shift
• Report customer concerns and equipment needs to supervisor
• Participate in Associate evaluations and time‑study processes

Schedule & Pay

Job Type: Full Time Monday thru Friday 4:00pm - 12:00am

Pay From: $17.75 per hour

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• One (1) year of custodial work experience required. Experience working in a large, motel, hotel, lodging facility preferred.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities (preferred)
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Other Requirements

• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs., crouch, kneel, push, pull, bend, and stoop frequently.
• Must be able to carry 25 lbs, squat, and reach above shoulder(s) frequently.
• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk occasionally/frequently depending on assigned duties.
• Must have visual acuity and manual dexterity to perform timely and accurate data entry.
• Must be able to work in busy, active, hot/cold environment, both indoors and outdoors.
• Must be able to work with a variety of cleaning solvents.
• Must be able to work outside normal work schedule for training, meetings and other related duties.
