Job summary

Schylling in Lakewood, WA is seeking an experienced Janitorial Associate to join our warehouse operations. You will perform cleaning tasks, sanitize restrooms, stock supplies, and help with general warehouse duties to support our daily fulfillment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies and ensure hygiene standards.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and waste per policy.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
• General cleaning within the warehouse – sweeping, dusting and dumping garbage.
• Painting walls and touch up within the building.
• Stocking of general supplies within the building.
• Help with other warehouse functions such as VAS, unloading containers and picking/shipping orders.
• Must be able to work in high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Maintain cleanliness in the assigned area.
• Keep safety a priority.

• Ability to work scheduled hours

The base hourly rate for this position is $19.00 to $21.00. Offered base compensation within this range will be determined based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, geographic location and other factors relevant to the scope and responsibilities of this role.
