Job summary

Berman in Orlando is seeking a dedicated Janitorial Cleaner to maintain clean, sanitary facilities across assigned sites. You will ensure restrooms, common areas, and workspaces meet hygiene standards while supporting a safe, welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes following safety protocols, reliable task execution, and teamwork to keep client properties in top condition. On-site, full-time positions available across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and proper chemical usage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities
