Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain building areas by emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces.
• Properly use cleaning chemicals and solutions while following safety procedures and wearing required PPE.
• Operate floor scrubber machines as needed.
• Clean and maintain parking lots, walkways, hallways, and entryways.
• Follow SOPs for trash removal, recycling, and production waste disposal.
• Respond promptly to cleaning and sanitation requests or issues.
• Water plants inside the facility according to schedule.
• Clean and maintain MOVCD lab area per instructions.
• Inspect, stock, and replenish supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, utensils, coffee, etc.) in break rooms and restrooms.
• Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or defective materials to supervisor.
• Support cross-training and assist in other duties as assigned.
