Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Day Porter to perform cleaning duties and maintain a safe, orderly environment at our Round Rock facility. The role supports sanitation across assigned areas and helps ensure a positive experience for staff, clients, and visitors.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, at 2050 Chisholm Trail Rd, Round Rock, TX 78612. ABM emphasizes safety and quality, with a comprehensive benefits package for qualified employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and waste in accordance with company policies.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies properly.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed.

PAY: $16.96 PER HOUR
