Aerotek is seeking a GMP Janitorial Worker in Vacaville, CA to maintain cleanliness in manufacturing and cleanroom areas. Training runs on a day shift, with a swing shift and weekend options. The role includes PPE use, documentation, and facility maintenance in a hospital-like environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak basic English for logs and documentation.
• Willingness to work weekends and after training schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform inside cleaning of GMP facilities including restrooms, floors, walls, hallways, stock rooms, elevators, cafeterias, break rooms, clean room laboratories, baseboards and windows.
• Maintain cleanliness in cleanroom areas by following guidelines and documenting activities in real-time.
• Wear PPE bunny suits in cleanroom environments and fill out FDA logs with legible writing.
• Use a binder with SOP or Good Documentation Practices for documentation.
• Clean tables, break rooms, lunch rooms, doors and windows outside of cleanroom areas.
• Engage in floor care with push mops, vacuuming, stainless steel cleaning and sweeping.
• Clean and restock restrooms and break/lunch rooms.
• Remove trash and wash windows.
• Perform some maintenance or repair work on facilities or grounds.

Join our team as a GMP Janitorial Worker, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities. Working in a manufacturing environment similar to a large hospital, you will ensure that every corner of the facility is spotless, contributing to a safe and hygienic space for medicine production and packaging.

• Ability to pass a literacy test after 90 days.

Work Environment

Work inside a professional environment resembling a hospital, with offices, cafeterias, warehouses, lobbies, and laboratories. Training is provided for the first two weeks on a day shift from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. The swing shift runs from 3 pm to 12 pm, with schedules that may include weekend shifts. Appropriate attire includes a company-provided shift and hard toe/slip-resistant shoes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vacaville, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
