Job summary

TRDI Inc. is seeking a full-time experienced Janitor at the Sarita location.

The role requires custodial experience, knowledge of floor care, cleaning chemicals, and materials, and the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance and a valid driver's license. The job involves cleaning bathrooms, offices, hallways, and other areas, operating cleaning equipment, following safety procedures, and supporting the Project Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have custodial experience, knowledge of floor care, cleaning chemicals, and materials.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance/valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Clean and provide supplies for buildings, offices and facilities as needed.
• Clean bathrooms, offices, halls, locker rooms, break rooms, shower rooms and other areas by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and polishing.
• Empty and decontaminate trash containers.
• Mix or blend routine cleaning solutions to proper concentrations.
• Wash blinds, windows, screens, sills and walls with prescribed solutions.
• Sweep sidewalks, porches and tiled surfaces.
• Dust furniture and equipment.
• Replace light bulbs and maintain areas.

TRDI is currently seeking a full-time experienced Janitor for the Sarita location. Must have custodial experience, knowledge of floor care, cleaning chemicals, and materials. Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance/valid drivers license.

• The Janitor under immediate supervision is assigned to a shift and will clean and provide supplies for buildings, offices and facilities as needed.
• Cleans bathrooms, offices, hallways, locker rooms, break rooms, shower rooms, holding cells, surfaces and other assigned areas by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and polishing.
• Empties and decontaminates trash containers.
• Mixes or blends routine cleaning solutions to proper concentrations as necessary for various tasks.

• Sweeps sidewalks, porches and tiled surfaces.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Replaces light bulbs, picks up trash and paper around buildings.
• Must be able to climb a step ladder, use floor burnisher, and communicate effectively with customer.
• Performs other duties as directed by Project Manager.
