ServiceSource is seeking a dedicated janitorial worker to support Hill Air Force Base operations in Utah. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and the ability to work with a team to keep facilities clean and well-maintained.

No prior work experience is required, and candidates with a high school diploma or GED are welcome. A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are needed for occasional site travel and van duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties at Hill Air Force Base daily, including cleaning restrooms, dusting, floor work, mopping and trash collection.
• Maintain janitorial storage room in a clean, safe, and orderly fashion; ensure supplies are stored in sequence; order replacements as needed.
• May assist with driving for vehicle drops for maintenance, supplies, or personnel; disinfect PARC vans at end of shift.
• Pick up litter outside PARC buildings and drive a PARC van to transport workers when required.

Job Summary

Performs janitorial duties at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB), including but not limited to cleaning restrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming assigned areas, high and low dusting, and emptying trash.

Primary Duties

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. These duties and responsibilities will be rated on the Annual Performance Review. Perform janitorial duties at HAFB on daily basis per schedule, including cleaning restrooms, dusting, performing floor work, mopping, and collecting trash.

Maintain janitorial storage room in a clean, safe, and orderly fashion. Ensure all supplies are stored and used in sequence. Order replacement supplies as needed. May assist with driving for vehicle drops for maintenance, supplies, or personnel needing to be transported to a site. Disinfect PARC vans at end of shift.

Additional Responsibilities

Pick up litter outside of PARC building. May drive a PARC van to transport other workers to cleaning sites. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet unless working on the flightline which is moderate.
