ServiceSource, Inc. seeks a Custodial Supervisor to oversee custodial teams across Hill AFB, Utah. The role provides leadership, coordinates with site monitors, and ensures compliance with contract requirements.
Shift is 4:30pm–1:30am, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, supervisory experience, and preference for experience with adults with disabilities. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, with required valid driver’s license and background
This position works from 4:30pm to 1:30am, Monday to Friday on HAFB.

Supervises custodial employees in various locations throughout the base. Works closely with building monitors at assigned locations to ensure good rapport with customer and provide feedback to Operations leadership.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is working inside buildings and occasionally exposed to various types of weather if walking between work sites. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate unless working on the flight line which is moderate to loud.
