Job Opening: Janitor

We have full-time and part-time positions available for janitors.

• Location: 3327 E Harrisburg Pike, Middletown, PA 17057. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Various shifts available: Monday-Thursday, Tuesday-Friday, or Thursday-Sunday, from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm or 6:00 pm to 4:30 am.
• Requirement: Preferred 1 year of janitorial experience.
• Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Maintains cleanliness and order in buildings by performing heavy cleaning duties such as floor cleaning, rug shampooing, wall and glass washing, and rubbish removal.

Essential Duties:

• Disposing of trash following procedures and infection control plans.
• Dusting and mopping floors.
• Moving and replacing furniture and equipment for cleaning.
• Cleaning assigned areas using proper materials and equipment, sanitizing surfaces, following the eight-step cleaning process.
• Washing walls, windows, furniture, and baseboards.
• Identifying areas needing cleaning and completing tasks proactively.
• Following all federal, state, and local guidelines.
• Stripping, scrubbing, buffing, and refinishing floors; shampooing carpets.
• Contributing positively to the team and maintaining professionalism.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
