Farrow & Ball - Colour Consultancy Concierge & Administrative Assistant, Home Based - North America (20 hours per week)

We are currently looking for a driven individual to join our team in Los Angeles as a Colour Consultancy Concierge & Administrative Assistant. This position is offered on a part-time basis, working remotely.

Farrow & Ball is a luxury British lifestyle brand renowned for richly pigmented paint and handcrafted wallpaper, using traditional print methods and high-quality ingredients. Established in Dorset in 1946, we now have 60 showrooms worldwide and a global network of stockists.

The NA Colour Consultancy Concierge & Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in providing a seamless luxury client experience. This role involves real-time customer support, transaction management, and administrative tasks to facilitate high-value sales and support the sales team in focusing on revenue-generating activities.

What We Expect From You
Key Responsibilities:
Luxury Client Concierge & Sales Support
  • Real-Time Transaction Processing: Facilitate immediate payment processing for CC services to ensure a smooth booking experience.
  • Customer Engagement & Appointment Inquiries: Serve as the first point of contact for Colour Consultancy inquiries via phone and email, providing a premium service experience.
  • Client Retention & Outreach: Re-engage lapsing clients and assist in converting leads from brand ambassadors, events, and showroom referrals.
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Appointment Scheduling: Assist with booking and coordinating CC appointments to optimize consultant availability.
  • Lead Management: Track, prioritize, and follow up on client inquiries to ensure no sales opportunities are missed.
  • Roster & Calendar Coordination: Support CCM in balancing consultant availability across markets and service offerings.
  • Order Colour Tools: Ensure timely shipment of colour samples and materials to enhance the client experience.
  • Data Tracking Management: Maintain transactional records and learnings from events and trial offerings to support business development.
Key Attributes:
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Engage luxury clientele professionally and efficiently.
  • Strong Administrative & Organizational Skills: Prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, and work independently.
  • Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving Abilities: Resolve client issues and secure transactions quickly.
  • Sales & Conversion Awareness: Experience in sales support or customer engagement with a focus on closing transactions is preferred.
  • Farrow & Ball Product & Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Understanding of the brand’s luxury positioning and product offerings is a plus.
