• Location: Quakertown Community School District - 123 South Seventh Street, Quakertown, PA 18951Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday - Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: No experience necessary. Willing to train!
• Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Keeps buildings clean and orderly. Performs heavy cleaning duties, including cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dusts and damp mops floors following approved procedures.
• Moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and replaces furniture correctly.
• Cleans assigned areas with appropriate materials and equipment, sanitizes all surfaces, and follows the eight-step cleaning procedure.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Identifies areas needing cleaning and completes tasks proactively.
• Completes all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Performs duties in accordance with all federal, state, and county guidelines.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs, and refinish floors; shampoos carpets.
• Contributes to team efforts and exhibits professionalism with customers and colleagues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
