Job Summary

Summary: Keeps buildings clean and orderly, performing heavy cleaning duties including floor cleaning, rug shampooing, wall and glass washing, and rubbish removal.

Essential Duties:

• Collecting and disposing of trash following approved procedures.
• Dusting and mopping floors.
• Moving and replacing furniture for cleaning.
• Cleaning assigned areas with proper materials and equipment, sanitizing surfaces, following the eight-step cleaning procedure.
• Washing walls, windows, furniture, and baseboards.
• Identifying areas needing cleaning and completing tasks proactively.
• Completing tasks assigned by supervisors, adhering to all guidelines.
• Stripping, scrubbing, buffing, and refinishing floors; shampooing carpets.
• Exhibiting professionalism with customers and colleagues.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
