Job Summary

Summary: Maintains cleanliness and order in buildings, including heavy cleaning duties such as floor cleaning, rug shampooing, wall and glass washing, and rubbish removal.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dusts and mops floors, moves and arranges furniture for cleaning, and sanitizes surfaces following the eight-step cleaning procedure.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other surfaces to ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Identifies areas needing cleaning and completes tasks proactively.
• Follows all federal, state, and local guidelines.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs, and refinish floors; shampoos carpets.
• Works as part of a team, demonstrating professionalism with clients and colleagues.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
