Pay Range: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of buildings by performing heavy cleaning duties such as floor cleaning, rug shampooing, wall and glass washing, and rubbish removal.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dust and damp mop floors following established protocols.
• Move equipment and furniture for cleaning and return them to their proper places.
• Clean assigned areas using appropriate materials and equipment; sanitize all surfaces following the eight-step cleaning process.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other items to maintain a clean environment.
• Identify areas requiring cleaning and proactively complete tasks.
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor, adhering to all federal, state, and local guidelines.
• Strip, scrub, buff, and refinish floors; shampoo carpets.
• Contribute positively to team efforts; maintain professionalism with clients and colleagues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
