Compass Group's ESFM division seeks a full-time janitorial teammate to keep the facility clean and orderly, performing heavy cleaning duties, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Location at 3327 E Harrisburg Pike, Middletown, PA 17057, with a Monday-Thursday day shift.

The role emphasizes following infection-control procedures, operating cleaning equipment, and contributing to a safe patient and staff environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse and janitorial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dust and damp‑mop floors following approved procedures.
• Move equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and return furniture to its correct placement.
• Clean assigned areas using assigned materials and equipment; sanitize all surfaces and follow the eight‑step cleaning procedure.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors and staff.
• Seek out areas requiring cleaning and take initiative to complete the task.
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Perform tasks in accordance with all federal, state and county guidelines.
• Strip, scrub, buff and refinish floors; shampoo carpet.
• Contribute to the team and exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Full‑time, Monday through Thursday day shift (details to be discussed during interview).

Pay Range: $15.00 to $15.50 per hour.
