Job summary

ESFM USA in Breinigsville, PA is seeking a full-time janitor to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff. The role requires experience in janitorial duties and may prefer bilingual English/Spanish speakers.

Schedule includes full-time hours with shifts Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday, 5:00 pm – 3:30 am. Pay rate is $15.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial experience is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dusts and damp mops floors following approved procedures.
• Moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and places furniture back in correct positions.
• Cleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment. Sanitizes all surfaces. Follows the eight-step cleaning procedure.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other items to maintain a clean environment for patients, visitors and staff.
• Seeks out areas requiring cleaning; takes initiative to complete the task.
• Completes all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Performs tasks in accordance with all federal, state and county guidelines.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs and refinishes floors; shampoos carpet.
• Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
