Job Details

• We have an opening for full-time JANITOR positions.
• Location: Rolls Royce IOCN PT8 - 2001 South Tibbs Avenue, Plant 8, Indianapolis, IN 46241. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, with varying days and shifts from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm; more details upon interview.
• Requirement: Six months of previous experience preferred but not required.
• Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.

Maintains cleanliness and order in buildings through heavy cleaning duties such as floor cleaning, rug shampooing, wall and glass washing, and rubbish removal.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
• Dust and damp mop floors.
• Move equipment and furniture for cleaning and restore them afterward.
• Clean assigned areas using proper materials and equipment; sanitize all surfaces.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other items to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Identify areas needing cleaning and complete tasks proactively.
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor, following all relevant regulations.
• Strip, scrub, buff, and refinish floors; shampoo carpets.
• Contribute to team efforts and exhibit professionalism.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
