Job summary

LAUKOA in Charleston, SC is seeking a janitor to maintain a safe, neat, and professional work environment by performing cleaning duties across the facility.

No prior experience required; applicants will undergo suitability checks and background verification. The role includes cleaning, disinfection, waste removal, and maintenance of restrooms, floors, windows, and common areas, with a comprehensive benefits package.

• Must submit to and receive a favorable suitability determination from the Office of Personnel Management for unescorted access to facilities
• Must submit to and receive a favorable background criminal history check by name and date of birth from State of Residence

• Respond to custodial work orders according to their priority
• Practice green cleaning techniques
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations regarding cleaning solutions and disposal
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management
