Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting).
Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies (soap, towels).
Clean windows, mats, and entryways; manage waste and recycling.
Restock janitorial supplies and notify when inventory is low.
Assist with event setup/cleanup if required.
Follow OSHA, CDC guidelines and company policies.

The Janitor/Custodian is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of the facility. Duties include cleaning floors, restrooms, offices, breakrooms, walkways and parking lot.

Skills and Experience

Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors, walls, windows and other surfaces.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and replenishing supplies (soap, paper towels, etc.).
Making coffee and putting cups out at water dispensers and coffee machine.
Filling condiment and napkin containers.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly, ensuring recycling protocols are followed.
Cleaning windows and glass partitions.
Maintain entryways by cleaning mats, removing debris, and ensuring safe walkways.
Restock janitorial supplies and notify supervisors when inventory is low.
Follow safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and proper chemical handling.
Report facility damage, safety hazards, or repair needs to management.
Assist with event setup/cleanup if required.
Adhere to company policies and health/sanitation regulations (e.g., OSHA, CDC guidelines).
Committed to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
Help with production when necessary.
Indoor and outdoor work, with exposure to cleaning chemicals and varying temperatures.
