Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a dedicated janitor to clean and maintain common areas, hallways, community rooms, kitchens, and fitness centers. You will also service, clean, and supply public restrooms and assist with grounds maintenance and cleaning of vacant apartments as needed.

The position offers a daytime shift, 8:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday through Friday, with holidays off and benefits including PTO, medical and dental coverage, and a 401(k) with employer matching.

• Picking up grounds and cleaning vacant apartments as needed.

Job description

The Janitor is responsible for cleaning and maintaining common areas, hallways, community rooms, kitchen areas, and fitness centers. In addition, the janitor will service, clean and supply public restrooms. The position includes picking up grounds and cleaning vacant apartments as needed.

Compensation:

$16- $20/ Hour with benefits including PTO, medical & dental coverage and 401(k) with employer-matching contribution. Friendly, comfortable working environment.

Shift:

8:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday - Friday, Closed all major holidays
