Job summary

RP Management Inc. is seeking a reliable Janitor to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the property, including common areas, hallways, community rooms, kitchens, and fitness centers. You will also stock and service public restrooms and attend to vacant apartments as needed.

The role offers a daytime shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with observed holidays off. Benefits include PTO, medical and dental coverage, and a 401(k) with employer matching.

Job description

The Janitor is responsible for cleaning and maintaining common areas, hallways, community rooms, kitchen areas, and fitness centers. In addition, the janitor will service, clean and supply public restrooms. The position includes picking up grounds and cleaning vacant apartments as needed.

Compensation:

$16- $20/ Hour with benefits including PTO, medical & dental coverage and 401(k) with employer-matching contribution. Friendly, comfortable working environment.

Shift:

8:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday - Friday, Closed all major holidays
