Job summary

RP Management Inc. is seeking a diligent Janitor to clean and maintain common areas, hallways, community rooms, kitchens, and fitness centers in our properties in the United States. The role also services public restrooms and supports ground keeping and vacant apartment cleaning as needed.

The position offers a regular 8:00AM - 4:30PM shift, Monday to Friday, with holidays off and benefits including PTO, medical and dental coverage, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.

• Service, clean and supply public restrooms.
• Picking up grounds and cleaning vacant apartments as needed.

Job description

The Janitor is responsible for cleaning and maintaining common areas, hallways, community rooms, kitchen areas, and fitness centers. In addition, the janitor will service, clean and supply public restrooms. The position includes picking up grounds and cleaning vacant apartments as needed.

Compensation

$16- $20/ Hour with benefits including PTO, medical & dental coverage and 401(k) with employer-matching contribution. Friendly, comfortable working environment.

Shift

8:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday - Friday, Closed all major holidays
