Job summary

Challenge Unlimited in Rockford is seeking a part-time cleaner to support our facilities and maintain a sanitary environment. The role runs 6:00am to 9:00am at the GSA Rockford location, with a pay rate of $17.03 per hour.

You will perform cleaning tasks, restock supplies, and ensure safety, quality, and customer service in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Pass criminal background checks and state/federal registry checks

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize and restock bathrooms including sinks, toilets, glass and mirrors, stall walls, stainless steel and sweeping and mopping floors.
• Empty trash and various recyclable cans and replace liners, clean receptacles, as necessary.
• Dust and clean office areas, desks and furniture that are not cluttered. Clean windowsills and windows. Obtain tools necessary for the job to be completed.
• Clean break rooms and other areas that are applicable to the contract.
• Expected to safely operate equipment.
• Contributes to teamwork by training and helping co-workers.
• Continually performs duties with a special focus on safety, quality and customer service.

Position Summary:

Pay Rate: $17.03 per hour
Shift: Part Time, 6:00am - 9:00am
Location: GSA Rockford
